One TikTok or YouTube Short with a maximum length of one minute
TikToks/YouTube Shorts
Short-form videos in a vertical format

Public Terms of Service
These are the public version of ToS. A more detailed version is sent out after taking the commission
Wording
"The R-Man" = The editor and owner of this site
"Client" = Person that wants to commission The R-Man for video(s)
Revisions
Each commission contains unlimited revisions.
After every revision, the client can request changes to the video (add X, cut from Y to Z, etc.) until they are satisfied.
Targeted harassment
If the commission is used, to harass a specific person or demographic(e.g. Client wants Person X to be humiliated, emphasizing racist/sexist/etc.) then The R-Man has the right to deny that and future commissions of the client.
Credit
If you upload the finished commission on any site, then please credit The R-Man by using the channel linked under "Socials".
If said commission is uploaded on a site, which is not in "Socials", then please use the YouTube channel.
Compensation
The client shall pay The R-Man for the Services provided hereunder on either a per video or a weekly or monthly basis. Payment can be made either via PayPal Invoice, StreamElements donation, directly through the VGen commission, or the Fiverr gig after the video has been completed.
Decline of commissions
If the ToS are mistreated, then The R-Man has the right to decline any future commission of that client.
